We are building our in-house growth machine powered by paid social – and you will be at the center of it.

This role is not about managing campaigns. It’s about owning and scaling performance across multiple brands.

Tasks

• Own and scale Meta Ads as the core growth channel across multiple D2C brands
• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns with clear ROI focus
• Build and scale high-performing campaign structures on Meta
• Develop and test creatives (hooks, angles, formats) together with our team
• Analyze performance deeply and derive actionable insights
• Scale winning campaigns and continuously improve CAC
• Build a structured testing framework (creative & audience testing)
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search / Shopping) as part of the overall growth setup
• Work closely with founders and brand teams on growth strategy

Requirements

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have)
• Proven track record of scaling Meta campaigns profitably
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven way of working
• Deep understanding of creatives and what drives performance on Meta
• Experience with structured testing and iteration cycles
• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search / Shopping)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
