The Operational Excellence department is a cross-functional team at the Vevey production site. We have the chance to collaborate with all departments, manage strategic projects, and maintain close relationships with the company's management.

This internship presents a valuable opportunity to discover the company and form your own insights.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Your role:
As an intern in the Operational Excellence department, you will develop digital solutions to assist around 600 users on site. Your missions will include implementing a new solution to prioritize our project portfolio. For this innovative mission, you will:

1. Connect with key stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback.
2. Promote our work on local and global sites and train the users.
3. Analyze the performance of the digital solution to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile:
You are in your 3rd or 4th year of a Master's graduate program, preferably in digital or data science, pharma, biotech, or engineering. Skills in Microsoft Power Apps, LLM, Python, SQL, HTML, and UI/UX are desirable.
