• Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance of infrastructure and equipment

• Monitor and manage technical building maintenance activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for maintenance work

• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective measures

• Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules

• Manage work orders and collaborate with different departments

• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure proper stock control

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all maintenance operations

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or building maintenance

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general servicing

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills

• Flexibility to work weekends when required

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level)

• Relevant technical qualification (Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent)

• Industry:
