Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d)

• You work as a business sparring partner closely with the national and international teams of the business areas Project Development, Power Generation, and Services to monitor the business strategy and ensure sustainable growth
• As the central contact person ("Face to internal Customer") for controlling topics, you support the operational business areas, particularly in planning, forecasting, and preparing well-founded decision-making bases
• You analyze and evaluate business development and derive targeted recommendations for action to optimize results within the framework of KPI-driven performance reviews
• You support ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and the creation of business cases, critically questioning relevant assumptions, data, and results
• Additionally, you proactively drive the further development of Business Partner Controlling, particularly regarding collaboration, methods, tools, and processes, and ideally bring experience and interest in developing your own Power BI solutions

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as a Business Partner in Controlling or a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company
• You are proficient in MS Office and Power BI; experience with Lucanet and Jedox is an advantage
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
