For our Helios Clinic in Cuxhaven we are looking for a Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

We are particularly looking forward to applicants from Cuxhaven and the surrounding northern German region , e.g. from Bremerhaven, Stade, Bremervörde or Otterndorf , who are looking for a responsible task and would like to actively shape the future of a modern clinic.

• You will work closely with the clinic management and provide support in operational, conceptual and strategic topics.
• You will take on projects on your own responsibility, contribute your ideas and drive developments forward in exchange with colleagues.
• You will create well-founded decision templates, analyses, statistics and presentations to support hospital management.
• You will work on operational and strategic tasks with a focus on the sustainable development of the clinic.
• You will actively help shape efficient, transparent and future-oriented processes through your structured way of working.
• They act as an interface between areas such as medicine, nursing and administration and promote cooperation.
• You will regularly reflect on your projects and personal development – e.g. through feedback and coaching – and thus strengthen your leadership skills.

• You have a degree with a focus on economics, law or medicine.
• You have initial professional experience in healthcare or clinic management as well as knowledge of project work and quality/economic planning.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner and solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner. They impress with their initiative, creative power, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You appear confident and convince managers and employees alike with your communication and social skills.
• They work independently, reliably and pragmatically, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and service orientation and have the legally required measles protection.
