• Planning, management and control of clinic projects Coordination and communication between different departments and external service providers Monitoring of schedules, budgets and quality standards Risk analysis and development of solution strategies in case of project deviations Preparation of reports and presentations for the clinic management Moderation of workshops and meetings for project development

• Completed studies in healthcare management, business administration, engineering or comparable qualification Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the healthcare or hospital environment Knowledge of common project management methods Strong communication and teamwork skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Confident handling of MS Office and ideally project management software
