• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the "Planning” team within the PSO
• Responsibility for the development and standardization of planning processes, methods, and tools
• Ensuring consistent project planning in close collaboration with project managers and departments
• Analysis and evaluation of project plans regarding feasibility, risks, and resource utilization
• Establishing and maintaining interfaces with related departments such as Controlling, OPS, and Sourcing
• Promoting the professional development of team members and providing active coaching

YOUR PROFIL

• Degree in industrial engineering, project management, business administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a project environment, ideally with a focus on planning and contro
• Initial leadership experience or strong leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) and common planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset, assertiveness, and a high level of initiative
