Projektkaufmann für die Bauphase (Wind/Solar) (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the commercial management during the construction phase of wind and solar park projects both in Germany and abroad.
• Your tasks will include maintaining contact with investors and project-financing banks during this phase of the project.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing project settlements and managing the drawdown of financing funds.
• Your role will involve close collaboration with the project controlling and construction departments to support project-level reporting, determine relevant KPIs, and plan project liquidity.
• You will support project management in coordinating internal project teams, tracking key project milestones, and reporting to the business unit management.
• Preparing documentation for receivables management with clients or contractors as part of project implementation is also one of your tasks.
• You will oversee the transition of the project from the construction phase to the operational phase.

• You have a degree in Economics or a commercial qualification, such as an Industrial or Bank Clerk qualification.
• Ideally, you will already have two to three years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of project management and experience in project financing would be advantageous.
• You have a good command of English and are confident using common MS Office programmes.
• You are also characterised by commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and numbers.
