Job description
- You coordinate external companies and contractual partners in the field of pipeline construction maintenance
- You carefully check invoices for external services
- In addition, you carry out routine tasks using existing systems and protocols
- You also prepare work, place orders and monitor the timely and quality-compliant execution of maintenance, servicing and repair work
- You actively support installation activities and rectify basic technical or operational problems

Requirements

- you have already gained your first professional experience in pipeline construction and order processing
- good experience in dealing with simple processes or systems as well as basic experience in coordinating others characterise you
- very good German language skills and sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP are part of your profile
- as a responsible team player, you impress with your independent and structured way of working, high ability to work in a team as well as strong communication, coordination and organisational skills and a confident and differentiated approach to external companies
- You also have a class B driving licence
