Your Role

• You support global production sites in all aspects of manufacturing and process technologies
• You also take responsibility for developing and implementing global standards for process engineering
• You lead the end-to-end execution and technical support of engineering and technology projects, often collaborating closely with departments such as R&D, Technology Development and Production
• You contribute to optimizing plant availability by continuously improving existing plant and process technologies, while keeping safety, quality and environmental aspects in focus
• With your support, continuous improvement initiatives are advanced across plants, systems, methodologies, processes and competencies
• You identify and implement solutions to increase productivity and enhance process stability

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering or a related field
• You have at least five years of experience in plant processes or production, with exposure to plant or equipment engineering, ideally in the food or biotechnology sector
• You possess strong, hands-on knowledge of a wide range of process engineering technologies
• You have experience with process analysis, optimization and relevant tools
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
