Your role:

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our global team of Regulatory Business Partners within the Regulatory Business Transformation team. In this role, you will guide a team that acts as a regulatory liaison to our Life Science businesses, ensuring that regulatory clarity fuels innovation and supports the development of safe, sustainable, and successful products. Your leadership will be essential in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and transforming challenges into opportunities from ideation through launch and beyond.
You will mentor and develop a global team of ten Regulatory Business Partners, fostering a customer-focused culture that prioritizes business results and compliance. Ensuring the team effectively provides timely and actionable regulatory guidance to enhance competitive advantage will be essential. Additionally, you will oversee project delivery by prioritizing tasks and managing resources to meet business objectives. Identifying improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, while building strong relationships with diverse teams to integrate regulatory considerations into business strategies, will also be key aspects of your role.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred; MBA is a plus

• 5-9+ years in global management, in the Life Science or related industry, with a strong focus on customer engagement and business results
• Proven experience leading teams with a customer-centric approach
• Strong change management skills to drive organizational effectiveness
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and their impact on business performance
• Proficiency in data management and business acumen to inform decision-making
• Experience with tools like Palantir, Tableau, and project management software
• Fluent English skills in both spoken and written form
