Our diverse team of around 75 colleagues brings expertise from top-tier external consultancies, major industry players, and top academic institutions. With offices in Darmstadt (HQ), the Greater Boston Area (USA), and Singapore, we deliver high-impact projects to the company's most critical business challenges. Working directly with senior management, we lead local, regional, and global initiatives that drive organizational success. You will work as part of project teams, providing business consulting primarily in the field of post-merger integrations before transitioning to the next exciting career step within our company after approximately 2-4 years. As you manage post-merger integrations end-to-end, you will set up and run Integration Management Offices, orchestrate Day-1 readiness, define target operating models, and deliver identified synergies. As a colleague and trusted partner, you inspire change throughout the organization, handle interactions with internal clients and guide project teams in flat team structures. As Data & AI are key drivers of innovation and performance at our company , you proactively identify and apply Data & AI opportunities in your projects.

Who you are:
- Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business. PhD/MBA is a plus
- Work experience of 4-6 years in consulting with focus on post-merger integrations, ideally in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry, semiconductor solutions or similar. Additional experience in post-merger integrations in a corporate setting is a plus
- Hands-on experience in setting up and supporting integrations, including defining synergy cases, harmonizing operating models, planning and tracking execution, etc.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects (e.g., commercial, supply chain management, manufacturing, HR, Finance, IT) with complex stakeholder landscapes and exposure to different hierarchical levels
- Proactive, self-motivated work approach with a passion for working in teams
- Excellent communication, change management, project management, and presentation skills. You excel at balancing creativity and structured thinking
- Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, and the passion to continue developing skills in this field
- Proficiency in English and preferably also in German
- Willingness to relocate to the Rhine-Main Area (e.g., Darmstadt, Frankfurt) for regular office presence (2–3 days/week)
