Job description
- You will install and commission static and dynamic weighing systems and test benches, including the control and PC system
- You will independently carry out conformity assessments, adjustments, calibrations and calibration support
- You will maintain and regularly service automated systems and equipment
- You will provide technical advice to our customers:You provide our customers with technical advice, implement modernisations and also support them during start-up and test phases
- You instruct our customers' operating personnel and train them in both German and English
- You provide technical customer support - by telephone, email and remotely
- Together with the design, project management and sales departments, you ensure that everything runs smoothly
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree in a technical field, e.g. Mechatronics, electronics, electronics, electrics or similar
- You ideally have at least 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or process engineering
- PLC knowledge and PC skills are desirable
- Field serviceexperience is an advantage for you
- a class B/3 driving licence is part of your portfolio
- you have a good command of English and very good written and spoken German
- you are characterised by a high degree of customer and service orientation
- you are also willing to travel, especially in the DACH region
- your place of residence is in Germany and the distance to an international airport is a maximum of 100 km
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
