Your mission
- You manage the entire employee life cycle including recruiting, reference letters, employment contract and onboarding
- You create and publish targeted, attractive job postings and oversee the entire application process
- You conduct active sourcing through appropriate channels
- You support our onboarding processes and assist with training and development initiatives
- You contribute to our career website, social media, and employer branding activities
- You work on the implementation of new HR tools and the optimization of HR processes
- You assist in organizing team and recruitment events
- You carry out organizational and personnel administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk) or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial experience in HR (recruiting, personnel administration, internship, or working student role)
- Ideally, first insights into software/tech recruiting or strong interest in learning this area
- Experience with HR software and active sourcing is a plus
- Good English skills and confident use of MS Office
- Structured, reliable, and precise working style with a team-player mentality
- Organizational talent and hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and discretion
