Your area of responsibility
They advise management and employees on all aspects of occupational safety and health – close to the people but also close to the processes.
You regularly implement, evaluate and further develop measures in the area of accident prevention and occupational safety directly in the production environment.
By assessing working conditions on site, you can identify potential hazards and initiate appropriate measures in close cooperation with the employees.
You reliably and proactively monitor compliance with legal and company regulations. You see yourself not only as a controlling authority but also as an active partner in day-to-day operations.
Furthermore, you will provide clear and practical support in conducting instruction and training for the workforce.
You carefully document security-relevant processes and create meaningful reports for internal and external purposes.
your qualification
They have completed technical vocational training in the field of technology, engineering, occupational safety or a comparable qualification.
You have successfully completed the training to become a specialist for occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG.
Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety, ideally expertise in fire protection or environmental protection.
They are very familiar with the relevant laws and standards such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and the DGUV regulations.
You have no difficulty using MS Office applications.
Her work style is independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
You are characterized by a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
