Your area of ​​responsibility
Maintenance and further development of management systems for occupational health and safety and environmental protection
Tasks within the role of occupational safety specialist
Support for workplace accident management
Advice on legal principles, state of the art, occupational medicine and the implementation of occupational safety measures in operational processes
Review/preparation of risk assessments and operating instructions
Cooperation with the company doctor, especially in the form of joint workplace inspections
Participation in company committees and working groups (including occupational safety committee (ASA))
Conducting training, especially on occupational safety

your qualification
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or passed examination as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, alternatively successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification in non-technical professions and preferably several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Several years of practical professional experience in the field of occupational safety/health protection and as a safety specialist
Fulfillment of the requirements for occupational safety specialists according to Section 7 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG)
Persuasiveness and excellent communication skills
Excellent subject-specific English skills
