Your Role - More than Consulting: Actively Shaping the Future
As an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in active market development and customer retention. Your main focus will be managing and strategically expanding a portfolio of clients-particularly in residential property management. You will be the primary point of contact for decision-makers at executive level and will build strong, trust-based relationships.

Responsibility and Development: Take charge of and develop a newly established business area focusing on companies in the housing and real estate industry. You will provide holistic customer support and actively approach and acquire new business partners -
Structured Needs Analysis and Tailored Product Placement: Always with an eye on digital solutions in the financial services sector -
Confident Negotiations at Eye Level: Engage with managing directors, board members, and senior financial decision-makers
Anforderungsprofil

Completed education or degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field -
Several years of experience in solution-oriented B2B sales, ideally within the real estate sector -
Familiarity with the processes and challenges of the housing industry and knowledge of common ERP systems in the market -
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) -
Digital competence and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions, especially in the context of banking technologies -
Proficient use of digital tools and platforms (MS Office, collaboration software, mobile devices) -
Strong communication skills, confident and professional personality, and persuasive negotiation abilities across all decision-making levels -
Willingness to travel within the region
