In Customer Operations, you will be part of a team

• Delivering world class customer experience across regions and industries
• Acting as key link between our customers and internal partners
• Driving supply chain and demand management to meet business goals
• Serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to global customers
• Overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring consistently great customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process

In Logistic, you will be part of a team

• Taking ownership of TI’s end-to-end logistics operations – optimizing our transportation network between suppliers, factories, distribution centers and customers
• Gaining a strong understanding of TI’s supply chain & global supply chain dynamics
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective logistics solutions.
• Acting as key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations

In Procurement, you will be part of a team

• Addressing all aspects of category management, including supplier management, support category business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability
• Coordinating purchasing activities with manufacturing, business units, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory and services in a cost effective and timely manner
• Perform cost analysis and volume planning for major categories
• Monitor the cost, schedule and scope of assigned contracts to negotiate the highest quality at best value

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions and cultures in a diverse, international environment
