Our Customer & Supply Chain Operations and Procurement organization headquartered in Freising, Germany offers a range of positions:
In Customer Operations, you will be part of a team
- Delivering world class customer experience across regions and industries
- Acting as key link between our customers and internal partners
- Driving supply chain and demand management to meet business goals
- Serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to global customers
- Overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle, ensuring consistently great customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process
In Logistic, you will be part of a team
- Taking ownership of TI’s end-to-end logistics operations – optimizing our transportation network between suppliers, factories, distribution centers and customers
- Gaining a strong understanding of TI’s supply chain & global supply chain dynamics
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective logistics solutions.
- Acting as key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
In Procurement, you will be part of a team
- Addressing all aspects of category management, including supplier management, support category business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinating purchasing activities with manufacturing, business units, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory and services in a cost effective and timely manner
- Perform cost analysis and volume planning for major categories
- Monitor the cost, schedule and scope of assigned contracts to negotiate the highest quality at best value
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions and cultures in a diverse, international environment
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Quick to learn new systems, tools and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with resilience
- Exceptional attention to details and commitment to quality in all deliverables
