Job Description
- Define Growth & Asset Strategy, aligning the operating plan accordingly and executing against it
- Driving new unit and Franchise growth (external meetings, road shows, visits)
- Strategic & tactical management of Development/Construction function including people management
- Overall leadership being part of the local leadership team as well as close collaboration the broader management team
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing teams
- Demonstrated experience in expanding markets through franchise business model
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and high cultural adaptability
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
