In the role of Senior Consultant, you will take on a key position in the management and control of challenging projects. With your in-depth consulting expertise and experience, you will be a central point of contact for our customers and drive strategic IT transformations forward.

Responsibilities

• Strategic responsibility: You will lead company-wide IT transformation projects and develop forward-looking solutions in close cooperation with our customers
• Technical leadership: You will act as a sparring partner for customers and internal teams, manage interdisciplinary project groups, and ensure the quality of results
• Analysis and conception: You will assess complex challenges, develop sustainable target visions, and devise innovative approaches for implementation
• Communication at eye level: You will act as a trusted advisor to top management decision-makers and support them in making groundbreaking decisions
• Further development of the portfolio: With your experience, you will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting approach and methodology

Requirements

• Several years of experience in consulting, ideally in the context of IT strategy, transformation, or technology-driven projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a deep understanding of complex business processes and IT landscapes
• Experience in managing projects and teams, ideally also with agile methods
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade at C-level
• Interest in the further development of consulting approaches and enjoyment in sharing your knowledge with others
• Good knowledge of German and English required
• Willingness to travel
