The advertised position can optionally be performed at one of our central BARMER locations:Berlin, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Wuppertalandapproximately 30 other locations in Germany.
Your tasks
- The focus of this role is on gathering information and providing data and analyses for planning, management, and monitoring in the field of "Digital Healthcare/Prevention." Furthermore, your responsibilities include deriving measures to prepare for management decisions.
- As the specialist contact person, you are responsible for all evaluations and data analyses in the context of digital products as well as campaigns on individual health risks and their prevention.
- They use methods from the field of predictive analytics to identify patterns and make forecasts.
- Furthermore, by monitoring and analyzing relevant key figures, you ensure effective contract monitoring and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- Using forecasts, predictions, and other reporting documents, you create viable business cases and thus support the development of new and existing digital offerings.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in statistics, data science, economics or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience – at least two years – in the analysis of billing data from statutory health insurance companies distinguishes you.
- We require very good knowledge of R, SQL, and Excel. Furthermore, you should be proficient in database programming.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the field of eHealth and in the use of artificial intelligence.
- In interdisciplinary teams, you act confidently and impress with a solution-oriented, structured way of working with a clear focus on the essentials.
- You present complex issues in an understandable way, incorporating different perspectives into your analyses.
- Your excellent communication skills in German, at least at C1 level, enable you to present yourself confidently in a demanding, German-speaking work environment.
- Your profile is rounded off by a strong awareness of quality and costs.
