In the energy sales division of the Neumünster municipal utility company, we are completely redesigning our process landscape and developing a modern, data-driven sales organization. Precise data management is the key to success. This creates the foundation for efficient, digital processes and ensures a reliable data basis through clear standards and data governance.

Data Analyst (d/m/f) in energy sales

Your mission:
- You model and transform complex data structures so that reliable decision-making bases can be created from different information sources, enabling sales to act strategically, quickly and with a future-proof approach.
- To create transparency, make developments visible at an early stage and enable data-based management in sales, you will build up regular data quality reporting and suitable KPIs and support sales BI reporting.
- You ensure data consistency in our complex system landscape so that everyone in sales works with the same reliable figures and makes decisions based on a uniform, trustworthy data foundation.
- To establish clear standards in the long term, to anchor responsibility for data and to create the basis for efficient, digital processes, you will contribute to building a sustainable data governance structure and promote a data-conscious way of working in sales.
- Our system landscape, processes, and applications are being intensively reviewed, further developed, and continuously adapted. You are an important part of this transformation and will support us in the successful implementation and integration of new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
