• Development and expansion of theCybersecurity Advisorydivision at CFGI Germany, as well as participation in the strategic development of the location.
• Development and implementation ofcybersecurity process, risk & control frameworksfor our clients, aligned with applicable laws, standards and best practices.
• Conductingrisk analyses,maturity assessmentsandcompliance readiness assessments(including cybersecurity & data privacy).
• Definition, review and auditing of controls according to internal audit frameworks as well as relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
• Advising our clients on the introduction and optimization ofcybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Design and implementation ofcybersecurity awareness and training programs.
• Control of the implementation and operation ofsecurity tools, technologies and processes.
• Development and reporting ofcybersecurity metrics and reportsfor various management levels, up to and including the audit committee and board of directors.
• Provision ofgovernance servicesfor monitoring cybersecurity functions (e.g., risk, vulnerability & incident management).
• Development and implementation ofrisk management practicesincluding policies, procedures and risk registers.
• Support in the implementation ofGRC toolsand management ofThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM)processes.
• Consulting oncybersecurity and data protection regulationsin the German and European legal environment (e.g. NIS2, GDPR).

• Completed university degree inbusiness administration, computer science, engineering, information systemsor a comparable field.
• At least10 years of professional experiencein the field of cybersecurity, including several years in a management position or in a consulting environment.
• Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and frameworks (e.g.NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
• Extensive knowledge of theGerman and European regulatory landscapein the field of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Experience inproject management, governance and risk management.
• Certifications such asCISSP,CISMor comparable qualifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence and leadership experience in dealing with multidisciplinary teams.
• FluentGerman and English skills(French skills are a plus).
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with the ability to strategically develop new subject areas.
• High self-motivation, agility, and decisiveness.
• Confident demeanor at the C-level and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to set priorities effectively.
