What the job looks like
- Ensuring effective and efficient Quality Operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures and evolving global regulatory expectations.
- Optimizing the global Quality Management System to deliver fit for purpose processes across the entire product lifecycle.
- Driving cross functional improvement projects to ensure supply and deliver Quality Excellence.
- Leading and developing the team by empowering the people, training, coaching and applying principles of high performance.
- Developing and delivering programs to strengthen and evolve the Quality Culture at Grünenthal.
What you'll bring to the table
- University degree in natural sciences
- Experience leading global teams
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of applicable global regulations and guidelines.
- Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams
- Business-fluent English skills, German and Spanish skills helpful
- Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
