  Provide strategic direction for both individual and collective labor law across multiple jurisdictions

  Advise top management on complex labor law issues and organizational change

  Lead international projects and harmonize labor law practices across a diverse corporate landscape

  Engage with employee representative bodies at the highest level
• 
  
  Ensure compliance with global and local labor law requirements

Anforderungsprofil

• 
  
  Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in labor law, ideally within large, international corporations with matrix structures
• 
  
  Proven expertise in both individual and collective labor law
• 
  
  Legal qualification is a plus, but not essential
• 
  
  Strong C-level communication and negotiation skills
• 
  
  Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• 
  
  International project exposure and intercultural competence
