Werde Teil des Teams in Poland als:

Head of Leasing Department Poland (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• As a strong and experienced leader, you will manage 15+ leasing team in Poland.
• Being an expert in market trends / tenant needs and investor expectations, you will co-create and implement leasing strategy.
• You will be responsible for optimizing leasing processes, executing lease budgets and achieving targeted shopping center revenue results.
• You will use your excellent negotiations skills to take care of relationships with key tenants - including strategic topics/projects.
• You will ensure the high quality of lease agreements by providing substantive oversight and support in negotiations.
• You will ensure optimal information flow and regularly report the department's performance and KPI’s to Director Leasing International and to Management Board and investors.
• You will work closely with local Management Board and managers of other departments, especially Center Management and Asset Management.
• You will take an active part in the implementation and development of digital tools.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or retail.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Innovative approach to problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of German (at least B2 level) will be an advantage.
