What should you bring with you?

• Background:Studies or training in computer science or another STEM field – or intensive engagement with the topic.
• Coding Experience:Experience in object-oriented software development with C# and Python.
• Full-stack mindset:Holistic thinking – from database to frontend – and fully integrate new AI functionalities into the product
• Frontend know-how:JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS – a plus, not a must.
• Build & Release Management:You are familiar with tools like Azure DevOps or Microsoft Azure – or are motivated to learn more.
• LLM Frameworks:Experience with implementing LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) or integrating large language models into products.
• Agile mindset:SCRUM, Azure DevOps or JIRA – you have experience with modern tools and methods or are keen to learn more.
• Product Development:Genuine interest in the product and in the technical requirements of the customers.
