What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Supporting the Head of Global Medical Affairs and Global Medical Team in key day-to-day activities, including:
• Organizing and supporting strategic meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of medical affairs plans and timelines.
• Assisting in the coordination of scientific publications, congress activities, and symposia.
• Preparing scientific slide decks, reports, and pre-read materials for internal and external meetings.
• Supporting medical information requests and ensuring scientific accuracy of materials.
• Coordinating activities with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., clinical development, market access, commercial, regulatory).
• Contributing to budget tracking and contract management within the medical affairs team.
• Executive Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
• Supporting global projects and initiatives driven by the Global Head of Medical Affairs.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
• You are in your first years of your Bachelor studies or just started your Masters, preferably in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
• Strong interest in medical affairs and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and independent way.
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with reference management tools is a plus.
• Passion for improving patients’ lives through science and medical innovation.
