What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Supporting the Global Commercial Development Assets Team in strategic and operational projects including:
- Preparing market research summaries, competitive intelligence reports, and benchmarking analyses.
- Assisting in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with global development plans.
- Coordinating cross-functional activities with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access
- Collecting and analyzing data to support business case development and forecasting activities.
- Supporting internal communication processes, e.g., meeting documentation.
- Assisting the team in ad-hoc projects related to global asset development and lifecycle management.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- You are in your first years of your Bachelor studies or just started your Masters, preferably in life sciences, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Enjoy working in international teams.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and interest in global commercial development.
