We're Hiring: Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (depending on experience)

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking MedTech company committed to enhancing patient care and product quality. We're looking for a Quality Engineer to support and strengthen our quality systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in quality and production systems

• Manage CAPA , change control , and deviation processes

• Conduct and support internal/external audits

• Assist with qualification/validation and supplier evaluations

• Lead quality-related projects and track/report on quality KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering , Life Sciences , or similar

• 2-4 years' experience in quality management (preferably in medical devices )

• Solid understanding of ISO 13485 , GMP , and relevant quality standards

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a hands-on, proactive mindset
