Your area of responsibility

• Administrative support and further development of the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Support, processing (representation) and evaluation of complaint management.
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Classic supplier management and processing of supplier requirements.
• Responsibility for compliance with customer requirements as well as legal and quality-related specifications by the management.
• Management of quality controlling as well as checking, analysing and assessing quality-relevant components for logistics service provision.
• Planning and organisation of regular and extraordinary quality meetings.
• Reviewing, creating and updating the company's quality documents.
• Creation of process flow charts.
• Identification and processing of improvement potential in the team.
• Cross-departmental support.

• Successfully completed further training as a quality management representative.
• First professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity.
• Very good knowledge of quality management.
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
• Analytical skills as well as a responsible, careful, structured and results-orientated way of working.
