Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support and further development of the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Support, processing (representation) and evaluation of complaint management.
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Classic supplier management and processing of supplier requirements.
- Responsibility for compliance with customer requirements as well as legal and quality-related specifications by the management.
- Management of quality controlling as well as checking, analysing and assessing quality-relevant components for logistics service provision.
- Planning and organisation of regular and extraordinary quality meetings.
- Reviewing, creating and updating the company's quality documents.
- Creation of process flow charts.
- Identification and processing of improvement potential in the team.
- Cross-departmental support.

- Successfully completed further training as a quality management representative.
- First professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity.
- Very good knowledge of quality management.
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
- Analytical skills as well as a responsible, careful, structured and results-orientated way of working.
