• Our interdisciplinary R&D team consists of highly skilled Engineers and Experts, covering the complete development process from material development to production release. The team is composed of Material Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, Software Engineers, Physicists – the complete expertise to develop excellent and innovative products at the leading edge of technology. While the team in Switzerland focuses on Product and Process Engineering, the Electronics, Firmware and Software aspects are covered by the team in Slovakia.
• Manufacturing: To achieve our high standards, we employ highly skilled operators that are working in the cleanrooms and use fully automated and semi-automated equipment to manufacture our products. Production orders are timely planned by our team leaders and our specialized equipment and processes are maintained by our process technicians. Moreover, our quality assurance team is an important part to guarantee high product quality while continuously improving process stability and production yield. An uninterrupted, stable and qualified material flow is maintained by our strong supply chain team, which enables us to have the right components from our carefully selected and qualified suppliers, all delivered just-in-time to the different manufacturing sites. Last-but-not-least, at the end of the process, our logistics team focuses on the on-time delivery of our products to our customers all around the world.
• Our Sales Team is the window to the market and constantly listens to the needs of our global customers. It consists mainly of Sales Managers and Application Engineers, which typically work in a tandem. Together, they participate in trade shows, find new prospects and support our existing customers. While Sales Managers focus on commercial aspects and the customer relation, the Application Engineers focus more on finding technical solutions and tailoring our offering to the needs of the different applications we serve. Our marketing team supports the sales team with marketing material and takes care of our brand. Our Sales & Marketing team is mainly based in Switzerland, supported by offices in Slovakia, Taiwan and Korea.
