Ihre Aufgaben:

• Advising the Head of IT on IT security risks and mitigation strategies
• Developing and maintaining security governance, policies and compliance frameworks
• Performing risk and security assessments for systems, cloud and third parties
• Driving security-related transformation initiatives (e.g. cloud, zero trust, AI)
• Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities and coordinating mitigation actions
• Leading response to major security incidents including root-cause analysis
• Managing audits, penetration tests and remediation tracking
• Defining security requirements for projects, systems and suppliers
• Evaluating and selecting security technologies and service providers
• Training and advising internal stakeholders

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Business fluent English proficiency
• Strong expertise in cyber risk management, compliance and security governance
• Experience in threat and vulnerability management and incident response
• Solid knowledge of network, application and cloud security
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM and penetration testing
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
• Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mindset
• Team player with strong communication skills
