As a change manager, you will oversee the entire product change process—from the
initial assessment to successful implementation. You will reconcile technical, economic, and
organizational aspects and ensure that changes are implemented in a structured and
efficient manner.
Your tasks:

You evaluate change requests in terms of technical feasibility, economic
impact, and strategic relevance – in close coordination with the
change committee. -
You coordinate the implementation of approved changes – including time, cost, and
resource planning as well as status tracking and reporting. -
You will actively participate in CCB meetings and coordinate planned and already
implemented changes with all relevant stakeholders. -
You will conduct regular reviews, maintain the change cockpit, and keep an eye on
important key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your qualifications:

Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a
comparable qualification - Several years of relevant professional experience as well as market and product knowledge in the automotive industry
- Experience in project management
- Strong understanding of technical and economic contexts

Very good communication, presentation, and coordination skills as well as
assertiveness
