In this role, you will support Time & Material business performance topics – focusing on analysis, early deviation detection and sustainable improvement across international teams.

Your tasks

• Support front office teams with all Time & Material related business questions

• Monitor business activities and identify deviations and weak signals early

• Analyse risks and opportunities and propose improvement actions

• Support teams in performance and commercial topics

• Create analyses and reports based on business needs

• Ensure continuous application of improvement approaches across functions

Your profile

• Commercial or business qualification with experience in controlling or finance

• Strong analytical accuracy and structured working style

• Excellent communication skills across teams and stakeholders

• Solution-oriented mindset with discipline in processes and standards

• Fluent English, basic German is sufficient

• Additional languages (e.g. French or Spanish) are a plus
