Tasks

• Calendar and correspondence management – prioritising appointments and preparing decision-making materials for the management team
• Administrative support for the team – from requirements planning to follow-up of actions
• Organisation of meetings and events, including logistics and web-live sessions
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and fellow assistants
• Interface with IT and facility management, including office supply management and travel planning
• Documentation of meeting minutes (MoM) and ensuring follow-up communication
• Promotion of sustainable office initiatives (e.g. reducing printers, plastic, waste)

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communication clerk or equivalent commercial qualification
• Long-standing experience in assistance roles, secretarial work or general administrative functions
• Solid experience in working with IT systems, especially SAP and MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English (each at least C1)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
• Structured, independent work style combined with strong organisational and communication skills
