In this role, you will support export control classification activities in an engineering-driven environment and work closely with technical and cross-functional teams.

Role summary
You contribute to the classification and assessment of products, technical data, and technologies with regard to export control and national security requirements.

Your tasks

• Step-by-step qualification as a technical rater for export control classification

• Evaluation and classification of products, technical data, and technologies

• Support of engineering teams in the correct classification of tangible and intangible items

• Contribution to the improvement of processes, methods, tools, and automation solutions

• Collaboration within interdisciplinary and international teams

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, aerospace, or a comparable technical field

• Several years of experience in engineering, design, or technical documentation

• Technical or mechanical background with strong analytical skills

• Structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style

• Business-fluent English; basic German knowledge is sufficient

• Experience or interest in export control topics is an advantage
