Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and further enhancement of a European compensation structure

• Creating, revising, and aligning job descriptions in close collaboration with specialist departments

• Harmonizing international job titles and job level structures

• Maintaining, analyzing, and preparing HR data, particularly in Excel

• Providing general support to the HR team on both conceptual and operational topics

Your Profile

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field

• Strong interest in compensation, job architecture, and strategic HR work

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (working language at the European level)

• Good Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data preparation)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
