OFFICEDas erwartet dich:
- Büroorganisation und -kommunikation, Protokollführung und Terminmanagement
- Verantwortung für interne Prozesse (Arbeitszeitnachweise, Abrechnungen, Dienstreiseanträge etc.)
- organisatorische Betreuung von Leitenden, Mitarbeitenden und Praktikanten
- Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter (Kurzfristplanung)
- Leistungserfassung (STZ): Einrichten Projekte/Kostenstellen, Pflege der Kostenstellen
- Abrechnung und Vorbereitung der Rechnungslegung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumentenvorlagen, Dokumentationen und Präsentationen
- Empfang von Geschäftskunden und Besuchern des Bereiches (incl. Bewirtung)
Das bringst du mit:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Office - Management sowie im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Grundverständnis für die Begrifflichkeiten der IT-Welt
- Loyalität, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Verbindlichkeit und professionelles Agieren
- englische Sprachkenntnisse wären wünschenswert
