Dein Aufgabenbereich

• Software-Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Fernwartung
• Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen
• Umsetzung von Software Customizings
• Remote Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten (Produktinstallation oder Konfiguration)
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem
• Schulung und Einweisung der Anwender
• Installation und Inbetriebnahme der CRM-Software beim Kunden

Was Du mitbringst

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Hard- und Software
• Erfahrung mit Datenbank-Technologien, Application- und Webservern
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent
• Geduld bei komplexen Fragstellungen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Auch Berufs- und Quereinsteiger*innen mit passender Motivation sind herzlich willkommen
