What you will enjoy doing

• You will be leading a global Digitalization & AI team with members based in various international offices reporting to the Vice President Global Technology, Execution Assurance & Digitalization
• Your main task is the definition and execution of the strategic direction for digitalization and AI within Linde Engineering by crafting a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with the overall goals and strategy of Linde Engineering and the Linde plc
• To achieve this task you will build and scale a high-performing organization - recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top global talents while cultivating a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking team environment
• Together with your team you will be driving transformation and productivity gains by delivering impactful digital and AI solutions that significantly improve our execution processes and efficiency
• You will be empowering business owners by building the right frameworks - such as domains and pods - to identify, shape, and execute high-value digital projects and improvement ideas
• You actively drive change by supporting employees as they adopt new tools and processes, while establishing a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the company.

What makes you great

• You hold a University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Science
• You have 10+ years of professional experience in digitalization or IT
• With 8+ years of experience leading diverse teams, you exemplify strong leadership and a deep commitment to compliance
• As an empathetic leader who values diversity, you thrive at building cross-cultural teams
• You value building strong relationships by regularly meeting your team members in person, and are willing to travel to foster these connections
