• You have a commercial vocational training and have professional experience in customer service or are a committed career changer.
• Your police clearance certificate is clean, as trustworthiness and integrity are of utmost importance.

• Breakdown and accident assistance: You are the first point of contact for customers in emergency traffic situations. You assess the situation, coordinate rapid assistance, and work closely with service providers to ensure a smooth process.
• Customer communication: You handle service requests via email, phone, or chatbot, ensuring timely and professional communication. You support customers, answer questions, and help with concerns or problems.
• Service coordination and organization: You plan, manage, and monitor service orders efficiently. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assign contracts to suitable service providers, and ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Independent decision-making: You make independent decisions to optimally prioritize orders and respond to individual customer needs, legal templates and internal guidelines.
• Documentation standards: You will forward tasks, problems and concerns to the relevant clients in a qualified manner and attach great importance to comprehensive and precise documentation.
