Multifaceted perspectives
Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in der Abteilung Factory Planning als Fertigungssteuerer / Arbeitsplaner (m/w/d)! In dieser Funktion begleiten Sie den Entstehungsprozess unserer Kernkomponenten, dem Herzstück jeder Maschine. Dies beinhaltet die Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung, die Logistik- und Montageplanung in der Produktion und die damit einhergehende Ableitung von notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung an unseren Produkten sowie den Montageprozessen. Ihre Tätigkeit ist vor allem durch vielfältige Aufgaben und ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit geprägt.

Definition von Arbeitsabläufen (Festlegungen von Material, Arbeitsvorgangsfolgen,
Prüfschritten, Ermittlung von Planzeiten) -
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Projektvorgaben hinsichtlich der Faktoren Zeit,
Kosten und Qualität in der Realisierungsphase unserer Komponenten -
Planung und Steuerung des Montageablaufs bis zum Versand inkl. der Abstimmung mit
unseren Schnittstellen (Engineering, Einkauf, Montage, Versand) -
Entwicklung neuer Arbeitsprozesse und Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsplatzgestaltung,
Betriebsmittel- und Arbeitsstättenplanung, um die wechselnden Kundenanforderungen
bestmöglich zu erfüllen -
Steuerung der Montageaufträge und Bewertung der Materialverfügbarkeit mittels ERP-System
SAP sowie regelmäßige Dokumentation des Montagefortschritts -
Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Lösungen bei Abweichungen inkl. der proaktiven
Kommunikation mit dem Projektleiter
Contribute own competencies

Technischer Studien- oder alternativ Techniker- bzw. Meisterabschluss aus dem Bereich der
Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation -
Langjährige Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung,
bevorzugt aus der Branche des Maschinen- oder Anlagenbaus oder einer
Kleinserienfertigung -
Kenntnisse von arbeitswirtschaftlichen Grundlagen (Montageplanung, Arbeitsgestaltung,
Produktkalkulation, Zeitwirtschaft etc.) - Affinität zu IT-Systemen, vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP (Module PP / MM)

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.
During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.
Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.
Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!
Onboarding
We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.
In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.
As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.
The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.
Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.
In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
