Your profile:
- Completed commercial training , ideally with additional qualification as a human resources specialist (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of income tax, social security and labor law
- experience with a Payroll software (ideally P&I Loga)
- A independent, structured and careful way of working
- Reliability and discretion
Your tasks:
- Ensuring and implementing all preparatory measures for payroll accounting
- Contact person for employees regarding billing and personnel-related issues
- Reporting and certification system , Master data maintenance and correspondence with authorities (Tax office, health insurance funds, employers' liability insurance associations, insurance providers)
- Master data maintenance, as well as maintenance and verification time management in the billing program
- Preparation of personnel-related documents, such as employment contracts, amendment agreements, etc.
- Participation in HR projects and continuous process optimization
