• experience with a Payroll software (ideally P&I Loga)

• Ensuring and implementing all preparatory measures for payroll accounting
• Contact person for employees regarding billing and personnel-related issues
• Reporting and certification system , Master data maintenance and correspondence with authorities (Tax office, health insurance funds, employers' liability insurance associations, insurance providers)
• Master data maintenance, as well as maintenance and verification time management in the billing program
• Preparation of personnel-related documents, such as employment contracts, amendment agreements, etc.
• Participation in HR projects and continuous process optimization
