Founded in December 2020, Dresden-based beeOLED is researching an innovative approach to substantially increase the efficiency and service life of displays. We develop, synthesize, and market these fine chemicals, quickly taking them all the way from the beauty of early research directly to product placement on the global market. At beeOLED, an international team of experienced synthesis chemists, analytical chemists, physicists, engineers, project managers, and patent experts work closely together to establish our new idea on the market as quickly as possible. Our customers are all manufacturers of displays for smartphones and televisions. Financially strong investors support us on our journey. Within our current growth phase, we are looking for new members to join our team.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a physics laboratory assistant, physical-technical assistant, microsystems engineer, microtechnologist, mechatronics engineer, precision engineer, machine and plant operator, or similar.
- Practical experience with the operation of vacuum evaporation systems is desirable.
- Strong desire and ability to work in a team with physicists and engineers.
- Careful approach to laboratory work, sample preparation, and documentation.
- Sense of responsibility and reliability.
- In addition, you are punctual and dependable, and you have a precise, goal-oriented, timely, and independent way of working within a team.
- Confident communication skills in German and at least a basic knowledge of English
Your Tasks
- Independent preparation of complex OLED samples according to specifications.
- Preparation of equipment, substrates, masks, and sources for OLED preparation.
- Post-processing of samples (encapsulation, measurement, evaluation).
- Regular maintenance of equipment.
- Documentation of work steps and results.
- Collaboration in laboratory organization and laboratory safety.
- Independent handling of smaller projects with appropriate qualifications.
