Taking responsibility together
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für das Produktportfolio der Prozesskomponenten
- Verantwortung für alle Produktmanagementaufgaben über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus inklusive der Erarbeitung von Business Cases, der kontinuierliche Rentabilitätsauswertung und die Weiterentwicklung sowie Pflege unserer Produkte
- Ableitung von Innovationsideen auf Basis von Marktanteil, Marktumfang, Marktsegmentierung, Wettbewerbsposition und relevanter Innovationstreiber unserer bestehenden Produkte
- Führung von interdisziplinären Produktteams zur Anpassung von Produktanforderungen an die Marktbedürfnisse sowie Neuentwicklungen
- Bereitstellung von Vertriebsargumentationen und Vertriebsunterlagen sowie aktive Unterstützung der Vertriebsarbeit beim Kunden
Contribute own competencies
- Erfolgreicher Hochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Ingenieurs-, Wirtschaft- oder Naturwissenschaften
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Komponentenentwicklung in der Vakuum- und Dünnschicht-Industrie oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager im industriellen Umfeld, besonders in Produktneu- und -weiterentwicklung sowie Produkt-Standardisierung und Kostenoptimierung
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres und souveränes Auftreten sowie Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und gegebenenfalls Vernetzung in relevante Industriefelder
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit unseren internationalen Kunden, Spaß an internationalen Reisen und weltweiter Zusammenarbeit in einem multinationalen Team

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.
During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.
Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.
Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!
Onboarding
We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.
In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.
As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.
The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.
Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.
In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
