Job description
- You are responsible for inventory management and ensure that all series requirements are procured on time, including consistent deadline tracking
- As the central interface to internal clien:
- In addition, you determine stock levels to ensure a smooth assembly process at the site
- You recognise potential bottlenecks at an early stage and respond with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, solution-oriented approach
- you prepare shop floor meetings and ensure transparent escalation of missing parts
- in addition, you monitor and maintain the MRP master data in the ERP system
- last but not least, you independently take care of supplier escalations, including demand coordination, forecasting, delivery times and prioritisation
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the industrial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), supplemented by further training as a business administrator (m/f/d) or business economist (m/f/d), or a university degree in economics
- several years of professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
- very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in working with ERP systems will make it easier for you to get started
- you also have a good command of English
- strong communication skills, commitment and dedication characterise you
- you work independently, in a structured and team-oriented manner
