Your role
As a Backend Developer at COBACK , you will build the core infrastructure of our GenAI-powered compliance platform. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to design robust, high-performance backend systems that scale with our customers.
What awaits you:
- Development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Integration of AI models into backend systems
- Code reviews and mentoring to maintain high engineering standards
- Real ownership over backend components and architectural decisions
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Go
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Good English skills (German is a plus)
