As the Senior Manager of Revenue Systems and Processes, you will lead a team of CRM specialists and Revenue Systems and Processes specialists, building the next generation of operational infrastructure. You will be the key architect and leader of scalable, data-driven, and AI-enhanced systems that empower our GTM teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the revenue systems roadmap, including evaluation, implementation, and integration of systems such as CRM, CPQ, commission tools and revenue intelligence platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and a seamless user experience
- Implement AI-driven process optimization to boost productivity and reduce complexity (e.g., intelligent lead routing, predictive forecasting, automated opportunity insights, and GenAI-powered deal support)
- Streamline and simplify revenue-related workflows, including introduction of AI to accelerate Sales and CS productivity and enhance cross-functional collaboration, driving automation and reducing manual processes
- Lead CRM governance and deployment initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to increase adoption, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
- Enable intelligent GTM workflows, incorporating AI-driven processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams through effective system integration and process alignment
- Own the end-to-end commission process, including setup, optimization, automation, and reporting in alignment with compensation plans
- Design, implement, and manage the compensation plan process in partnership with Finance, Sales, Partners, and CS Leadership, driving annual revisions and managing updates as needed
- Develop and maintain a scalable territory and account segmentation model that supports business expansion to new markets and aligns with our go-to-market strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and career development to support individual growth and team success
- Build and lead a team of system analysts and operations professionals focused on delivering scalable, AI-enhanced business solutions
What you need to be successful
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Systems, with proven experience in AI/automation enablement in a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Understands the interconnected nature of GTM systems, and thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and business strategy
- 3+ years in a team leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other AI-powered GTM technologies like Gong, Clari, Gainsight, or similar
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven GTM use cases (e.g., next-best-action, intent data, churn prediction)
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize complex business processes
- Experience with commission and compensation plan management
- Knowledge of territory design and account segmentation strategies
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
