Your tasks
- In this role you will drive the development and technical definition of RF geolocation solutions for government and defence customers, working closely with systems, RF, constellation planning and software engineering teams
- You act as a technical authority for space-based SIGINT and emitter geolocation solutions and support the evolution of the RFGL product portfolio
- You design end-to-end RF geolocation system concepts based on TDOA, FDOA and AOA methods, including space, ground and data processing segments
- You translate mission-level requirements into technical system architectures, performance budgets and delivery concepts
- You perform feasibility studies, system-level trade-offs and performance assessments to evaluate mission scenarios
- You act as a technical interface between RF operations, constellation planning, software, payload and ground-segment teams to ensure consistent implementation
- You identify technical gaps and contribute to technology roadmaps and portfolio strategy

Your qualifications
- Technical university degree in communications engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in RF systems engineering, SIGINT, satellite ISR or complex space-based ystem development
- Strong technical understanding of RF spectrum operations as well as TDOA, FDOA and AOA geolocation techniques
- Proven experience in defining end-to-end system architectures and translating operational needs into technical solutions
- Solid knowledge of satellite payloads, tasking processes, constellation operations and ground-segment data pipelines
- Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills enabling interaction with interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Can-do mentality and ability to work autonomously in international and intercultural environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
